Key vehicle specs
The Pixo is another Nissan city car, this model is in fact mechanically identical to the Suzuki Alto and both cars are built in the same factory in India. When it comes to appearance they are however very different; the Pixo has a different light assembly, front grill, bonnet and seats. It is, in the opinion of many, the more attractive of the two cars. The Pixo looks bigger and Nissan Pixo leasing is far more popular than Alto leasing.
The cabin is not very exciting and air conditioning is an extra. Overall the car drives well and it’s quite narrow so it can fit through gaps that other cars can’t. Whilst this car may have its disadvantages it is very inexpensive to lease a Nissan Pixo and it very economical to run. The combined fuel cycle is an impressive 64.3mpg and the CO2 emissions 103g/km; it also has the all-important Euro NCAP five star safety rating.
There is a lot of competition in the city car category. The other cars you could consider are the Citroen CI, Hyundai i10, Fiat 500, Fiat Panda, Kia Picanto, Toyota Aygo and the Toyota iQ.
