The new baby Porsche.

As is the trend with all manufacturers of large and powerful vehicles, Porsche are moving into the smaller car market; their new Cajun which is not due to come to the market for a while yet, it is not that small but nevertheless quite a bit smaller and lighter than the Cayenne.

Porsche moved into the SUV market in 2002 with the Cayenne and it has been a success, in spite of its rather unusual looks. Whe we first saw the Cayenne at the Geneva Motor Show; we didnt have high hopes for the vehicle but in fact Porsche Cayenne contract hire became one of our more popular lines

The new Porsche will undoubtedly challenge the Audi Q5 and the BMW X 3 markets, they are both excellent vehicles but lets face it who wouldn’t rather say they drive a Porsche, compared to an Audi or a BMW.

Porsche have not decided on prices but it is thought that the new price for the entry model will be around £30,000. Until the new price is set we wont know what it will cost to contract hire a Porsche Cajun but it is likely that it will have excellent residual values, which is an essential element in achieving economical car leasing rates.

With the Cayenne some of our contract hire clients found it attractive, some didnt but to our surprise decided to lease a Cayenne anyway, however with the Cajun its hard to imaging that anyone could find this model unattractive.
