Above is one of the first official pictures released of the Lexus LF-GH concept car which was launched at the 2011 New York Motor show. Lexus contract hire has always been popular, although, far from our most popular leasing models.

 Perhaps this new look will boost sales, although some who have seen it are not so sure. Lexus was always thought of as being rather understated but that is certainly not the case with this car; it has been variously described as scowling, aggressive and angry.

Interestingly Lexus are calling this design is L-Finesse, but is finesse the right word? The large grill that Lexus have adopted has certainly worked well for Audi in the past ; Audi leasing is our most successful contract hire line.

This Lexus model comes with 20 inch alloys and very pronounced wheel arches; it has concealed door handles and cameras instead of door mirrors. Lexus have not revealed a great deal with regard to the interior layout but we do know that there is going to be a clock with a three dimensional face, whatever that means. Apparently it will be a great improvement on the current Lexus clock, which some of our Lexus leasing clients complain is very Toyota .

Certainly at first glance the car looks a little on the odd side but then many cars do when they are first launched; with a tendency to grow on the public with time.There have however been one or two notable exceptions; where the car looked odd when it was launched and still did five years later.
