The Fiat 500

When clients are considering leasing a Fiat 500 and ask us about alternatives, we tell them that there is lots of choice in the Supermini range and some excellent cars but there is nothing that quite compares to the Fiat 500 in terms of fashion. The Fiat  500 Twinair is advertised as Less Emissions More Fun and it’s a very accurate description.

The Twinair has the lowest emission petrol engine in the world; 95 g/km and a combined fuel cycle of 68.9 mpg; its engine won Engine of the year 2011. Its very low emissions means there is no vehicle excise duty payable.

Most Fiat 500 leasing clients won’t consider any other vehicle; it’s often chosen because it’s different and has a great deal of style. So what does compares to the Fiat 500? Well the popular contract hire vehicles that fall into this category are the Citroen C1 , Kia Picanto and the Toyota Aygo.

In terms of cost, to lease a Fiat 500 over thirty six months costs £156 plus Vat per month. Citroen C1 leasing costs £131 plus Vat, Toyota Aygo contract hire £142. and the Kia Picanto costs £146. The Fiat 500 leasing cost is higher than many of its competitors but that doesn’t seem to put anybody off and you will probably have more fun driving a Fiat 500 .
